These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Maxuratech website, services, and digital products. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Scope of Services
Maxuratech provides the following services:
- Graphic design and branding
- Web development and management
- Data analytics and cloud solutions
- Software development
- Cybersecurity solutions
- AI integration and automation
- E-commerce and product delivery via TechGlide
- Digital marketing and business consultancy
- Other Digital Services
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By accessing our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Respect all intellectual property and confidentiality terms
- Refrain from harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
4. Payment Terms
- Clients are required to make a 60% upfront payment before work begins.
- The remaining 40% is due upon project delivery or according to agreed milestones.
- Payments are processed through authorized gateways or direct transfer to Maxuratech accounts.
5. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of project delivery.
6. Project Timelines & Revisions
- Timelines will be mutually agreed upon before project start.
- Two (2) free revisions are allowed per project phase.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, code, and creative works remain Maxuratech’s property until final payment is made.
- Clients receive commercial usage rights upon full payment.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction of any Maxuratech property is prohibited.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse services
- Are involved in illegal or unethical activities
9. Limitation of Liability
Maxuratech shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or reputation
- Service interruptions or third-party service failures
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be handled in Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction.
