At Maxuratech, we prioritize clarity, fairness, and mutual respect in every client transaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds, and billing concerns across our services and platforms.


1. 📦 Scope of Coverage

This policy applies to:

  • Custom client projects (e.g., design, web development, branding)
  • Digital product purchases via TechGlide
  • Subscriptions or retainers (if applicable)
  • Training, consultations, or booking-based services

2. 🔁 Cancellation Policy

a. Custom Projects & Services
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking confirmation and before any work starts are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after project work begins but before 50% completion are eligible for a 50% refund of the total project cost.
  • Once a project is 50% or more complete, cancellations are non-refundable.
b. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, etc.)
  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is corrupted or inaccessible.
  • For access issues, please contact support@maxuratech.org.ng within 3 days of purchase.
c. Scheduled Services (e.g., Discovery Calls, Consultations)
  • Appointments can be rescheduled at no cost up to 12 hours in advance.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

3. 💸 Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  • Technical or payment errors (e.g., double charges)
  • Service not delivered as described and verified by our team
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within 48 hours

All refunds must be requested in writing via email with relevant documentation or proof attached.


4. 📅 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Refund delays caused by third-party providers (e.g., banks, payment processors) are beyond our control, but we’ll follow up on your behalf if needed.

5. ⚖️ Dispute Resolution

Before escalating a complaint to financial institutions or regulatory bodies, please reach out to our customer service team. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and swiftly.

6. 🧾 Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed design or development work already delivered and accepted
  • Rush orders and express service fees
  • Domain registrations, hosting, or third-party service fees paid on your behalf

Maxuratech reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy as necessary. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued engagement with our services implies acceptance of any updates.
