This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Maxuratech handles the delivery of digital services, downloadable products, and physical items (if applicable). We aim for transparent, timely, and reliable delivery for all our clients and customers.

1. 📥 Digital Product & Service Delivery

a. Designs, Websites, and Software
  • All digital services (branding, web projects, UI/UX, etc.) are delivered via email, Google Drive, Dropbox, or client portals.
  • Standard delivery timeframes range from 3 to 15 business days depending on the project scope.
  • Access links or files will be shared after final approval and confirmation of payment.
b. Digital Downloads (Templates, Ebooks, Prompts, etc.)
  • Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive a download link or file access via email.
  • If you do not receive the file within 1 hour, please contact support@maxuratech.org.ng for manual assistance.

2. 📦 Physical Product Delivery (If applicable — e.g., branded merch, printed materials)

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped via verified Nigerian logistics providers (e.g., GIG Logistics, DHL, or local courier).
  • Delivery timelines depend on location:
    • Within Nigeria: 3–7 business days
    • Outside Nigeria: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and carrier)
  • Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS once your order ships.

3. 🚚 Delivery Delays & Issues

  • Maxuratech is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
    • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
    • Natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays
    • Third-party logistics carrier issues
  • If a delay occurs, we’ll communicate promptly and offer alternatives where possible.

4. 🧾 Shipping Fees

  • Digital product delivery is free.
  • Physical shipping fees are calculated at checkout or added to your invoice, depending on product size and destination.
  • Promotional campaigns may offer free shipping for select items or regions.

5. ❗ Missed, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries

  • For digital files, we offer up to 3 resends at no additional cost within 14 days of purchase.
  • For physical items, if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of receipt with proof (photo/video).
  • Lost or undelivered packages will be investigated and replaced or refunded as applicable.

6. 🕒 Service Start Times

For booked services (like discovery calls, mentorship, or consultations), scheduled times will be confirmed via email. If there’s a need to reschedule, notify us at least 12 hours prior to the meeting.
