All content, code, designs, graphics, text, branding assets, digital products, and materials found on or created by Maxuratech — including but not limited to our website, TechByteFlux community, client deliverables, and product platforms like TechGlide — are the intellectual property of Maxuratech, unless otherwise stated.
1. Ownership
Unless explicitly transferred in writing, all rights, titles, and interests in the following remain the exclusive property of Maxuratech:
- Logos, brand marks, and visual identity
- Website source code, plugins, and UI/UX assets
- Design mockups, wireframes, and final creative files
- Templates, digital downloads, eBooks, and prompt packs
- Copy, blog content, documentation, and learning materials
- Custom-developed software, tools, and AI systems
Clients who purchase services from Maxuratech are granted usage rights only after full payment is received and do not own the original source files unless expressly agreed.
2. Usage Rights for Clients
Clients may use the delivered works:
- For commercial, web, or print use (as outlined in the project scope)
- Within the boundaries of the original project agreement
- Without the right to resell, modify, or redistribute unless permission is granted
All rights not explicitly granted remain reserved to Maxuratech.
3. Prohibited Use
Without prior written consent from Maxuratech, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or adapt Maxuratech designs or code
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices from digital products
- Repost or distribute downloadable content from TechGlide or our client portals
- Use our branding or materials to impersonate or misrepresent affiliation
4. Third-Party IP & Licensing
Some projects or products may include third-party components (fonts, stock images, plugins, etc.) that are licensed under their own terms. Clients are responsible for respecting those licenses and maintaining appropriate usage rights.
5. Enforcement & Violations
Maxuratech monitors the unauthorized use of its intellectual property and will take legal action in the case of:
- Unlawful reproduction or reselling of our works
- Impersonation or misrepresentation
- Breach of contract or licensing terms
