Welcome to the Maxuratech community — including TechByteFlux, Tech Tribe Connect, and all affiliated spaces. These guidelines are here to keep things real, respectful, and valuable for every creative, developer, learner, and leader in our ecosystem. By engaging in our community (on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, forums, or future platforms), you agree to follow these standards:
1. 💬 Be Respectful, Always
- Speak to others the way you want to be spoken to.
- No hate speech, bullying, racism, tribalism, or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated.
- We celebrate diversity and welcome all backgrounds and perspectives.
2. 🎯 Stay On Topic
- Each group or channel has its purpose — stick to it.
- Off-topic discussions can clutter the flow.
- If you’re unsure, ask an admin before posting.
3. 🚫 No Spam or Self-Promo (Without Permission)
- No unsolicited ads, links, affiliate content, or mass messaging.
- Want to share your business or project? Ask for permission from an admin.
- Relevant, helpful content is always welcome — spam isn’t.
4. 🧠 Add Value
- Share resources, insights, questions, or tools that help others grow.
- Ask smart questions. Provide thoughtful answers.
- Be a giver, not just a taker.
5. 📢 Respect Admins & Moderators
- Admins are here to keep the peace and guide the group’s vision.
- Don’t argue publicly with moderators. Disputes can be handled privately.
- Failure to comply with their direction may lead to removal or a ban.
6. 🔒 Keep It Safe & Confidential
- Don’t share private conversations, screenshots, or sensitive info without consent.
- Do not impersonate others or share misleading information.
- Respect everyone’s privacy — this is a safe space.
7. 👨💻 No NSFW, Political, or Religious Debates
- This is a tech/creative-driven environment.
- Avoid divisive content — we’re here to build, not argue.
- Share love, not drama.
8. 📜 Violations & Consequences
- Minor violations may result in warnings.
- Repeated or major violations will result in muting, removal, or permanent bans.
- Admins reserve the right to act in the best interest of the community.
