At Maxuratech, we are committed to ensuring that our services, platforms, and digital products are accessible to all individuals, regardless of ability or technology. Accessibility is not just a standard — it’s a responsibility we take seriously.

1. Our Commitment

We strive to make our websites (including Maxuratech.org.ng, TechGlide, TechByteFlux), digital content, and user experiences conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, at the AA level wherever reasonably possible.

This means:

  • Designing responsive layouts that work across screen sizes
  • Using clear headings, alt texts, and logical navigation
  • Ensuring color contrast meets readability standards
  • Making content accessible via screen readers and keyboard navigation
  • Avoiding unnecessary motion or flashing content

2. Assistive Technologies & Features

We aim to support users who rely on:

  • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack)
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Zoom and browser magnification tools
  • Alternative input devices
  • Subtitles/captions for video content (in progress)

We continue to review and improve our accessibility features during routine audits and design updates.

3. Feedback & Support

We welcome feedback on accessibility barriers or usability issues. If you encounter any problem accessing content on our platforms, please let us know:

Contact our Accessibility Coordinator
📧 Email: support@maxuratech.org.ng
📞 Phone: +234 916 339 4934

Please include the page URL, the issue you’re experiencing, and any assistive technology used, so we can help and resolve it quickly.

4. Ongoing Improvements

Maxuratech is in the process of integrating automated and manual testing tools into our design and development workflows. We conduct accessibility checks as part of:

  • Website launches and updates
  • Design sprints
  • Content publishing
  • Third-party platform integrations

5. Third-Party Tools & Embedded Content

Some content or tools on our site may be powered by third parties (e.g., embedded forms, maps, payment gateways). While we aim to partner with accessible vendors, we cannot guarantee the full accessibility of their systems. Please notify us if you experience any issues with such tools.

6. Legal Compliance

Maxuratech is guided by the principles of inclusive access under:

  • Nigeria’s Disability Act (2019)
  • The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD)
  • Global best practices including ADA and WCAG standards

Empowering Every User

Accessibility is a journey, not a checkbox. Whether you’re a designer, developer, client, or visitor — you deserve an experience that respects your needs. We are actively working to make Maxuratech inclusive for everyone, everywhere.
